Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

As a sales and marketing manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and developing key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals in order to generate sales revenue and a growing market share.

Required Skills

  • Relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Interest and preferably experience in working with digital marketing and sales processes with target setting and target evaluation.
  • Hard worker with passion, discipline, ambition, drive, curiosity, dare and courage to take and realize initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize, transferring outcome into action steps.
  • Problem solver with great coaching skills and al flexible way of thinking and handling which allows you to grow in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Achieving commercial objectives: setting up and implementing sales and marketing strategy, generating sales revenue and increasing market share.
  • Proactive spotting opportunities, identifying and qualifying of prospects from warm referrals as well as cold contacts.
  • Maximizing Conundra brand awareness through marketing actions, networking and prospecting.
  • Actively and successfully developing and managing entire sales processes (lead generation, client proposals, solution pitch, negotiations and completion of contracts) in close collaboration with different support departments (sales, operations, finance, legal…).
  • Managing relationships: developing and extending of business networks, representing Conundra in a professional manner to potential or acquired clients through direct communication, being present on digital forums and organizing events.
  • Managing a team: leading a team of sales and marketing experts, obtaining results and achieving objectives through coordinating and alignment of team member activities, providing internal coordination and communication with and for our team members.
