As a Support engineer, you are the first person to answer our clients’ questions and find solutions to their problems. Knowing all about our clients’ needs, you work together closely with our development teams to create better solutions if needed. You put your organizational skills to work by structuring and improving our support processes, creating new ones if necessary. You also actively help out with the configuration of our support tools, like on-boarding new clients for operation go-live.
