Software engineer


As a Software engineer, you are part of a team that develops software to help reduce traffic on the road. It tackles the complex logistics problems of our customers with user-friendly web applications. Your daily challenge? Developing always-on and ground-breaking optimization and routing solutions in an agile way, while deploying continuously onto our cloud platform.


  • Applying XP practices like Test-driven development to deliver valuable software in each sprint, moving forward at a sustainable pace to avoid the increase of technical debt;
  • Write clean code to ensure that our codebase is easy to understand, extendable and requires a minimum of documentation;
  • Designing and writing awesome code throughout the stack, and discussing with co-workers on how to further improve it;
  • Pair programming and occasionally reviewing code of co-workers to create a high-quality codebase, always ready to be deployed in our cloud platform.

  • You have solid technical knowledge and experience with one or more of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, Spring boot, React, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon web services (AWS), Microservices;
  • We consider it a plus if you have a strong interest in and experience with domain driven design;
  • Another strong plus: you have proven experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Deployment;
  • You look at things from a holistic point of view and with common sense, but also have the ability to dive deep into detailed matters if needed;
  • You have great passion and drive to help build the logistics solutions and products of the future;
  • You are able to work in a team or independently, taking on responsibility to make things happen (together).
